GameBeast runs free-to-enter skill tournaments funded by sponsors. These terms cover playing, winning prizes, and sponsoring. The short version: entry is free, play fair as yourself, verify your identity if you win, and give us an address you own to be paid.
These terms are an agreement between you and GameBeast ("GameBeast", "we", "us"). By creating an account, playing, entering a tournament or sponsoring one, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use GameBeast.
Each tournament also has its own official rules, linked from the tournament page. Where a tournament's rules differ from these terms, the tournament's rules apply to that tournament.
You sign in with a phone number we verify by a one-time code. You give us an email address for match and prize updates. Keep both up to date, and keep your phone secure: anyone who can receive your codes can use your account.
Display names are public. Don't use a name that impersonates someone, is offensive, or advertises something. We may change a name that breaks this rule.
Entering a tournament is always free. No purchase or payment is needed to enter or to win, and paying for anything never improves your chances. Prizes are paid for by sponsors.
Results depend on skill: everyone in a match plays the same seeded challenge, and scores are calculated on our servers from your inputs. Who plays whom is drawn from public randomness that anyone can check. See How fairness works.
You must play every match yourself, as yourself. You must not:
We check play automatically and by hand. Your timestamped inputs are kept and published with the results so anyone can check them. If we find a breach we may void scores, disqualify you, hold or cancel prizes, and suspend or close your account. We tell you why, and you can appeal from your account page.
If you think a result is wrong, you can raise a dispute within 72 hours of the match. Our decision after review is final for that tournament.
Any account holder can sponsor a tournament. If you sponsor:
Practice games, duels, the Daily Challenge, ladders, streaks and seasons are for fun and bragging rights. Their points and badges have no cash value and can't be exchanged for anything, unless a tournament's rules say otherwise.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page, unless a prize payout is in progress or your account is under review. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or to protect other players. If we close your account for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll still pay any prize you'd already won and verified.
We work to keep GameBeast running and fair, but we provide it "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or stop features.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your device, your connection, third-party services, or crypto networks. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the prize money you were owed for the tournament in question, or US$100 if no prize is involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Changes don't apply to a tournament that has already opened for entries. If you keep using GameBeast after a change, you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we can't, the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
